Springfield's Best Rodent Removal:
The Rat Removal Services we provide are focused entirely on offering the best value for money, reliability in all we do, and customer satisfaction. Our aim is to deliver client-focused and environmentally-friendly solutions to issues such as rat infestation, a colony of bats living in your abandoned attic, mice around the house, a squirrel who somehow found its way into your basement and won't leave, or a poisonous snake that scares you every time you open the door to your garage. Moreover, our Wildlife Removal procedures are completely harmless and involve no cruelty against animals, the creatures or pests that're captured are released back into their natural habitat so they may live the rest of their lives in peace. Plus, the equipment used and methods employed have been selected and formatted carefully to ensure no animal goes through any sort of pain, is tortured, or injured during the removal process. Those that may get accidentally injured or aren't in good health are taken to vet clinics or animal shelters and only released in the wild after they've recovered completely. The process of Rat Removal starts with first locating the rat or rats in a property. They could be hiding anywhere and our team of experts know how to find them using the best practices. Once the rats have been found, they're humanely and carefully captured. The property is then thoroughly investigated to make sure there aren't any pests left. Further, all entryways that the rats may use to get inside your house are sealed and the premises are proofed against any sort of infestation in the future. In addition to this, the place is thoroughly cleaned by our professionals and the damages repaired. Our team would leave your home looking perfectly neat and smelling great, because after all, our customers are the reason why we do what we do!

We Missouri's top experts in rodent control. We are not a typical Springfield rat removal or pest control company. We don't treat rats or mice like insects, because they are not - they are mammals! You can't just use poison to get rid of them, like you can with insects. Unlike most Springfield pest control, we focus on complete and permanent solutions. We don't just use poison every month. We solve your rodent problem forever, by following these steps:
- Inspect the entire house, ground to roof, and the attic
- Seal shut all entry areas, no matter how small, with steel
- Set a dozen or more rat or mouse traps in the house and attic
- Remove all rodents as they are caught and monitor for activity
- Once there is no more activity and no more caught, we're done
- When necessary, we clean rodent droppings, replace insulation, and repair chewed electric wires
Springfield Rodent Removal Tip:
Do cats keep rats and mice away?
Cats probably would keep rats and mice away, and in many homes, this may even be the case by accident, without the pets' owners knowing anything about it. As a pet owner, I have personally walked in to a mouse-offering from my feline friend on many an occasion. I am grateful for this, of course, but I would personally recommend putting your pet in the direct line of fire. A mouse is one thing, but my cat — a small cat and the runt of the litter — probably wouldn't be victorious in a fight against a rat. Cats are tame these days; much tamer than they were in recent generations. They have become fat and lazy house cats, some of them indoor cats only, and many of them are not given the diet that supports a healthy, hunting cat's diet.

Just a few minutes spent on YouTube will show you a number of very similar cases.
Cats aren't getting dumber, but mice and rats are getting smarter. They're even learning to avoid traps now. We've seen mice and rats jump right over traps, grabbing the bait, not setting the device off at all. Mice and rats may keep away if they smell a cat, or the smell of another larger animal, but getting a cat for the sole purpose or rodent catching isn't a good idea. You never know what kind of cat you're going to get — the one that is very good at catching rodents, or the one that isn't. The one that isn't, is going to more than likely injure itself in a frantic bid to get away from the rodent, or come off worse during conflict. That's before you look at the kind of disease that could be passed on through rodent-cat conflicts, and these will include fleas, ticks, mites, and other parasites.
